Mrs Chayanika, currently working as Assistant Professor at NEF College of Pharmacy, Guwahati.
She has also worked as Research Scholar in Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IIT Guwahati), Govt of India.
She is a PhD Scholar under Assam Science and Technology University, Guwahati.
She is awarded with MS Pharm Degree in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology by receiving the Scholarship of Govt of India, Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) from National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Hajipur.
She has always dreamt to cultivate awareness and development in education and health issues of the society.
She has ultimate goal to work for biased educational system, encouragement to women to get their independence. Also she loves to be a mentor for child welfare.
